The Gourmet Awards 2025 represent a milestone in Indonesia’s culinary landscape, convening almost thirty of the country’s most respected food experts. Each judge, selected for their deep appreciation of the dining arts, submitted a personal top ten based on uncompromising standards of taste, creativity and quality. Their combined rankings produced an objective Top 30, which was divided into three tiers, Gold, Silver and Bronze, each containing ten restaurants arranged alphabetically to celebrate unique strengths rather than imply a strict hierarchy. This transparent, consensus-driven approach highlights the establishments that consistently push boundaries, innovate with ingredients and elevate the guest experience.

More than just a list, the awards serve as a heartfelt tribute to the dedication and vision of chefs, restaurant teams and purveyors who enrich Indonesia’s dining scene. As Prestige Indonesia’s signature celebration, these awards reflect our ongoing commitment to championing excellence and inspiring the industry to reach new heights, offering discerning diners a curated guide to the finest culinary destinations for the year ahead.
